DEVON REX AND SPHYNX CATS

We stopped breeding in 1999 when Ann moved to The Netherlands to be with her fiance and run a business.  The intention was to move her cats once she was settled and they moved temporarily to live with our parents.  However, we should have realised that once the cats were there they would get their claws into the hearts of our parents and that is exactly what happened.  So, our cats stayed in England, initially in Sheffield, but from 2002 they have lived with our Mum and Elaine in Exeter.

Eoghan and Ann moved back to England in 2004 and still could not get the cats back from our Mum, but by now there were only 3 cats still living.  The cats had all been middle aged when Ann moved to The Netherlands and time stops for no-one.  Ann and Eoghan now have their own house near Bovey Tracey in Devon and have just been allowed to have one cat back to live with them - Mugwai Izzy Izobar (Izzy) who Ann had as a birthday present from the breeder of Izzy, Jan Johnston.  Our Mum has, so far, held onto the last girly, Billie, Gobbolino Malificent, but has said we can have her once Izzy has settled in properly.  Mum cares deeply for our cats and will only do the very best for them - we her daughters come a poor last after our partners and our dogs<g>

We have recently imported a very beautiful Devon Rex girl from Italy, Leyla Skywalker Degli Elfi.  We are intending to start our breeding programme once again now we are in a situation to do the very best for our cats.

Leyla has now had two litters of kittens, her first litter of one gave us Beag and her second litter gave us five lovely kittens.  Rosa has stayed with us to continue these lines.
